All payments made to JEROME MOORE BRANDING MEDIA LLC are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Once a deliverable, strategy, consultation, or service has been provided or initiated, no refunds will be issued for completed work or time invested.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for any uncompleted work, determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Digital Services Clause

Because our services include consulting, strategy, and digital deliverables, all work is considered intellectual labor and cannot be “returned.” For this reason, refunds are not applicable once services are rendered.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in termination of future services and legal recovery of fees.

Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company.
